I've created an Autism Awareness KAL on Ravelry. You don't have to have someone on the Autism Spectrum in your life to participate. Please check it out! The more, the merrier!
My son was diagnosed with moderate to severe Asperger's Syndrome in 2003. Our lives changed dramatically. But even with the challenges we face, Brian is the sweetest, most loving child I've ever met. I'm so proud to be his mommy. :)

My friend has been dealing with the fact that her son too might have some form of autism as well. She has entered him into a hospital in TX that specializes in that sort of stuff and does all of the testing and what-not. I am amazed every day by her strength in handling all of this.
I love that you do not shy away from the fact that your child has been diagnosed with this and that you are making others aware.
