For today's How Do YOU Pink post, I'd like to tell you all about an amazing non-profit organization, Spirit Jump. Spirit Jump is the brain child of Meaghan Edelstein, who was diagnosed with 3B Cervical Cancer while a college student. Doctors gave Meaghan little hope, but Meaghan fought back. And because of the support she received via cards, notes, and visits, she says she had the strength to keep fighting. In an effort to help lift the spirits of other men, women, and children with cancer, Meaghan decided to form Spirit Jump - a place to become a jumper (give support to those with cancer) or request a jump (request some uplifting).

I had the opportunity to meet Meaghan and hear her speak at SITScation09. Her story and her passion touched me! All month long we will hear about cancer research and the fight to cure breast cancer - but I thought being this is my last Breast Cancer Awareness post this month, it would be great to also talk about how we can help those already battling this disease.
So please head over to Spirit Jump and read more about their mission and who they are. Follow Spirit Jump on Twitter. And get out there and help those fighting with cancer today! Become a jumper because a little bit of sunshine goes a long way in the battle against cancer.

How cool that you met her! I had heard about them before since I do a lot of fundraising and cancer awareness posts and am amazed by their passion.
