So, I'm watching commercials (cuz I'm too lazy to look for the remote and flip) and saw the baking soda toothpaste commerical. You know the one - where the teenage girl tells her grammie that her mouth feels so clean and fresh. And as she's holding the box of baking soda, says: "The secret? Baking Soda." And then the gram and teenager smile and nod at one another.
I have a couple of issues with this opening scene. 1.) Who the HECK had these conversations with their grammies as teenagers? I mean, seriously? Who DOES that?
AND
2.) Is it just me, or did it occur to anyone else that back in the day, when brushing with baking soda - you understood the secret to the clean feeling AFTER putting baking soda FROM THE BOX onto your toothbrush and then BRUSHING your teeth with it, was infact the baking soda? I mean, where's the secret in that? You knowingly and purposely just put baking soda on your toothbrush and brushed with it?
